CorTech is seeking to hire a Capacitive Measurement Expert for our client in Roswell, GA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $134.75/Hour The role entails looking at & improving the designs Client has already created, and providing recommendations on how to better improve. The person will be testing fixtures/ needing knowledge in developing test fixtures, doing the measurements, etc. An ideal candidate would have: Knowledge of the physics involved in capacitive measurements. Have experience with various configurations of capacitive measurements: plate layout, measurement arrays, fringe field effects, capacitive model, etc. Be familiar with environmental effects of stray capacitance, active shielding, grounding, etc. Resources to model our current configuration and optimize. Experience is helpful with capacitive type measurements in the following areas: touch sensing arrays, fluid level measurements, soil hydration measurements, and oil and gas ground saturation measurements. Ideally, a consultant would look over the design, help them understand it shortcomings and potential improvements, and be available for some follow-up work. Someone such as a Professor/ college student/ graduate student, etc. would be a good fit being PT and working in this field/ studying in this field already. Someone in the gas & oil industry who's tested saturation of the soils/ground would be a good match. NOT interested in candidates who have touch screen experience. | |
