Located in Carson , CA Pay :$ 24-$28 based on experience Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. Looking for a reliable and responsible candidate with 2 years or more of experience, Responsibilities and Duties Essential functions of this position include, but is not limited to, the following: o Identify quality employees for all levels of light industrial positions. Utilize various recruiting sources to increase and maintain a large pool of quality candidates for various positions. o Expedite all aspects of the application process in a friendly, professional manner at all times. This includes effective prescreening, review of the application for completeness and accuracy, and thorough interviews. o Conduct orientation to ensure every employee is aware of policies and procedures regarding attendance, payroll, safety, etc. o Ensure every applicant is in compliance with I-9 and e-verify standards. o Ensure reference check and employment history information is completed for every applicant. o Obtain job orders that clearly indicate the essential functions of the positions, responsibilities, requirements, compensation, environment, etc. Talent Acquisition Specialist must carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner. It is also imperative for the Recruiter to ensure that all applicants are treated with dignity and respect. Skills and Abilities Talent Acquisition Specialist must possess the following: o Excellent customer service skills o Ability to function as an effective team player o Ability to adapt to different working environments o Ability to organize workload for effective productivity o Ability to accept constructive criticism when necessary o Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision | |
