CorTech is seeking to hire a Interim Financial Operations Manager for our client in Dyer, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $68.96/Hour Shift: Day - 8:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m., but I can be flexible. Unit Profiles: The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. No weekend or on-call requirements, typically. However, with 2024 operating budgeting beginning for the hospitals next week, there could be some weekend work needed to meet the budget deadlines. Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance MBA or MBA with Healthcare emphasis, preferred. 3 ? 5 year prior Healthcare Finance/Accounting experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. CPA, a plus. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Monthly variance reporting. Operating budget Capital budget Forecasting Productivity Financial analysis Internal system reporting and external reporting Stats reporting Support local leadership on their Finance needs, which would be a variety of requests. High level of integrity, including honesty. Strong ability to communicate. Conscientious. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn about hospital and healthcare system operations. The candidate collaborates with local hospital leaders and other system-wide functions, including supply chain, revenue cycle, etc? Currently, using Workday, which was a new ERP system implemented in January 2021. We are transitioning to Workday Adaptive, which includes rolling forecasting. Rolling forecasting would be new for Franciscan Alliance. The Dyer/Munster Finance team includes a relatively new, experienced, very talented Financial Operations Analyst. | |
