CorTech is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Administrative Assistant for our client in Houston, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $31.00/Hour Shift: Work during normal business hours (between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm) Ideal Candidate: Experience in providing administrative support to Sales teams (managers, directors, and up to VP). Experience working within Concur to book travel and expense reporting. Experience working with SAP to create purchase requisitions (PR?s), purchase orders (PO?s) and process good receipts (GR?s). Proficient MS Office tool skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel and learn new document tracking software, as required. Excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization up to and including executive leadership. Ability to collaborate with other administrative assistants across functions and businesses. Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with leaders and other key stakeholders. Resourcefulness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks. Team player with high commitment and motivation. Strong attention to detail. Sense of urgency and deadline driven. Proven ability to be discreet, while understanding the importance of required confidentiality. A great attitude and an ability to see navigating challenges and obstacles as learning opportunities. Responsibilities: Organize complex onsite and offsite meetings and events, such as team meetings, townhalls, customer dinners, and other related events as needed. Calendar management in Outlook for external customer meetings across multiple time zones. Work within SAP Concur to book domestic and international travel and process expense reports. Work within SAP to create PR?s, PO?s & create GR?s. Process travel visas for Sales team. Own and process related Sales team needs, such as office supplies, swag supplies, awards, and business cards. Work closely with other departments and functions to execute specific tasks at hand to support the Sales team. Build strong working relationships with members of leadership and other key stakeholders. Must Haves: 5-7 years in administrative support roles Experience working with SAP Concur Experience working with MS Office Suite Located within driving distance to commute to PMT. Ability to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship We Value: Associates degree Experience providing administrative support to mid-large size global companies Experience working within industrial or manufacturing industries Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in calendar and event management, booking travel, and processing expense reports Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization up to executive leadership Consistent track record for handling confidential information and sensitive topics Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency, deadline driven | |
