Job Summary:

Looking for an opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Join our team as a Filling & Packaging Technician! We're seeking a motivated individual who can handle routine bottling, filling, pouching, bagging, labeling, and packaging processes according to established procedures. This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Education and Experience:

Requires a bachelor?s degree in a related scientific discipline (Biology ,Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, ). Minimum of 6 months of experience in a laboratory.
Experience with laboratory equipment, such as pipettes and analytical balances, is beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute Filling & Packaging processes, both manual and automatic, including filling, vialing, capping, labeling, bagging, pouching, and kitting.
Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring smooth operations of filling, capping, and labeling lines.
Generate labels using label printing equipment.
Perform quality checks and visual inspections to maintain product integrity.
Support inventory control and material dispatch processes.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP), safety regulations, ISO requirements, and company policies.
Actively participate in the Daily Management System, providing metrics and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in training as needed.
Manage materials and packaging supplies, generating requisitions and maintaining inventories.
Process packaging data into SAP and other database systems.
Provide feedback for document improvement and suggest changes to enhance efficiency.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with mechanical equipment and PLC machinery is preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer applications and office software.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform math calculations and measurement conversions.
Knowledge of GMP, QSR, or ISO requirements is desirable.

Apply rational problem-solving skills and manage stressful situations.
Physical Demand:

Occasionally handle high-level objects and perform sitting, stooping, and reaching.
Frequently handle tasks like standing, walking, fingering, and seeing.
