JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Research Analyst provides support to the Marketing Insights function in the execution of Voice of the Customer and Market Research initiatives, the results of which will drive overall Brand, Product, Advertising, Marketing and Customer Program strategy.



The Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for assisting the various functions across with marketing research, consumer and customer insights projects to drive the strategy for new product development, branding efforts, contractor programs and other key aspects of marketing. This role is focused on conducting marketing research and analysis by leveraging company tools or through managing vendor relationships.



The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset while being intellectually curious as they help develop and deliver the information that will drive and support Marketing Strategy. This person is a listener and asks questions while working with their customers to clearly identify needs upon which to base and develop market research plans. Marketing research experience is required



Market Research



Delivers end to end research, from requirements gathering to study launch and results delivery

Partners with senior Insights resources and outside vendors to conduct relevant market research projects

Programs questionnaires and conducts analysis within Qualtrics

Presents data to business owners, as well as senior management, to give insight on our business

Supports research needs on request for Steep Slope marketing and other Residential focused areas including but not limited to Products, Programs, Services and Events.

Education/Experience

Bachelor?s Degree mandatory; preferred degree in Marketing or General Management, but other business majors such as Finance, Accounting, Economics as well as Engineering majors, will be considered if the candidate has an interest in Marketing.



College graduates or professionals with 2-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing research or marketing analytics.
