Job Summary: Join our team as a Production Technician responsible for executing routine manufacturing processes for the TruCOUNT and FACSCount area. Your role involves operating and setting up semi-automated equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring adherence to established procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: As a Production Technician, you will: ? Perform FACSCount and TruCount manufacturing processes, including machine operation, automatic filling/tabbing, and packaging. ? Operate and conduct preventive maintenance on semi-automated and automated production equipment in the TruCOUNT and FACSCount areas. ? Troubleshoot FACSCount and TruCount equipment as needed. ? Generate labels using label printing equipment and support the packaging process. ? Conduct visual inspections for critical attributes and defects. ? Collect, clean, and distribute laboratory glassware and plastic ware according to established procedures. ? Dispatch components to production lines and processes promptly. ? Maintain accurate logs and required documentation. ? Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP), safety regulations, ISO requirements, and Company Policies. ? Provide feedback for document improvement and changes. ? Meet daily/weekly/monthly production objectives with high-quality output. ? Independently organize schedules to meet departmental goals. ? Replenish packaging supplies and manage materials as required. ? Process packaging data into SAP and/or other production planning/manufacturing resource database systems. ? Follow department guidelines and procedures for regulatory compliance and safety. ? Participate actively in the Daily Management System and provide metrics and recommendations. ? Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for product/process quality and production capability. ? Perform other related duties and assignments as needed. Minimum Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: ? Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. ? Self-motivated with the capacity to work with minimal supervision. ? Preferable knowledge of mechanical equipment and PLC machinery or machine set-up. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Bilingual: Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding Spanish and English. ? Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and methods. ? Basic knowledge of computer applications, email, and office software. ? Analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to perform math calculations and measurement conversions. ? Familiarity with GMP, QSR, or ISO requirements is desirable. ? Excellent attendance and punctuality. ? Willingness to travel to US mainland and offshore. Education and Experience: ? High School diploma or equivalent. ? Minimum of one year of experience in repetitive manufacturing or mechanical environments. Mental Demand: ? Apply rational systems to solve problems and manage stressful situations. Physical Demand: ? Frequently carry and lift heavy weight objects. ? Frequent handling, talking, hearing, and seeing (near and far vision). ? Occasional pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. ? Constant standing, walking, fingering, and seeing (depth perception/visual color discrimination), and lifting high-level objects. Working Environment: ? Constant work performed inside the building. ?
