Job Title: HRIS Analyst (Kronos)
Work Authorization: US Citizen/ Green Card
Pay: $38 - $52 per hour
Location: Atlanta, GA (On Site)

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field required or other related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Minimum of 3-4 years Kronos experience with a strong focus on configurations.
- Solid understanding of setup tables, system integration, and reporting.
- Ability to research and analyze data to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in a union environment preferred.

Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst (Kronos) is primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of Kronos (Work Force Central) systems, including managing employee data in the Time Attendance system, building, maintaining, and analyzing data across HRIS and answering inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & document specifications for Kronos configurations and associated interfaces.
- Guide the development of training material and technical documentation.
- Setup/Maintain rules, interfaces, lookup tables, access, etc.
- Provide production support to a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the testing of new or modified systems or processes.
- Prepare reports, hyperfinds, and other documentation related to project assignments.
- Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.
- Identify process efficiencies, recommend innovative uses of software functionality, implement solutions, and train end-users.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
