iCIMS Data Analyst Work Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site) Pay: $34- $43/ HR Position: Full-time **JOB OVERVIEW:** We are seeking a highly skilled iCIMS/HR Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for handling and interpreting data from our iCIMS system. Your primary role will be overseeing the data conversion process, moving, and transforming data out of iCIMS. You'll also play a crucial part in our HR technology projects and support our Talent Acquisition team. You will use your analytical skills to provide actionable insights and help make data-driven decisions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform ad-hoc reporting (writing, running, and reviewing) in iCIMS to identify data status and issues. Lead iCIMS data cleanup, including merging/purging job and candidate profiles. Assist in iCIMS data extraction and transformation. Understand iCIMS data and processes by discussing with the legacy system staff/users. Develop migration strategies, perform data quality analysis on source data, develop cleansing scripts. Prepare data mapping specification documents to map data from iCIMS to Oracle Cloud. Test the migrated data by creating and executing validation and verification scenarios. Execute migration test cycles to test all migration processes and the migrated data and resolve issues. Log, analyze, and fix defects using the defect management processes. Provide support to Talent Acquisition team. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor???s degree in a related field like Computer Science, Data Science, or HR. Prior experience as a data conversion member with mid to large scale HR technology projects. At least three years of related data conversion experience required. At least three years of iCIMS experience required. Experience working on a cross-functional project team. **SKILLS:** Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates consistency, flexibility, and commitment to meet deadlines. Excellent issue resolution skills. Proficiency in SQL, and experience with other programming languages like Python or R. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders. ## | |
