Full-time iCIMS Data Conversion Analyst Location: On-Site, Atlanta, GA Compensation: $34 - $43 per hour No C2C **Position Summary:** An exciting opportunity is open for a proficient iCIMS Data Analyst, well-versed in data interpretation and handling. The primary function of this role is to manage the data conversion processes, specifically moving and transforming data out of the iCIMS system. The successful candidate will also take an active part in our HR technology projects, providing vital support to our Talent Acquisition team, and utilizing their analytical prowess to drive data-informed decision-making. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Undertake ad-hoc reporting within iCIMS to determine data issues and status. - Lead the cleanup of iCIMS data, which includes merging and purging job and candidate profiles. - Aid in data extraction and transformation from iCIMS. - Discuss with legacy system users to understand iCIMS data and processes. - Formulate migration strategies, execute data quality analyses on source data, and develop cleansing scripts. - Generate data mapping specification documents to map data from iCIMS to Oracle Cloud. - Test migrated data through the creation and execution of validation and verification scenarios. - Carry out migration test cycles to evaluate all migration processes and the migrated data, and resolve issues. - Log, analyze, and rectify defects using the defect management processes. - Offer support to the Talent Acquisition team. **Education and Experience:** - Bachelor?s degree in a field relevant to Computer Science, Data Science, or HR. - Prior experience with data conversion in mid to large-scale HR technology projects. - Minimum of three years of experience in data conversion. - At least three years of experience with iCIMS. - Experience with cross-functional project teams. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Attention to detail is essential. - Flexibility, consistency, and commitment to meeting deadlines. - Exceptional problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in SQL, with experience in other programming languages such as Python or R. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI. - Capability to present findings to stakeholders who are not technically inclined. | |
