CorTech is seeking to hire a Business Process Analyst for our client in Neenah, WI!

Responsibilities will include supporting product development roadmaps, leading discovery meetings and workshops, sessions with business stakeholders or counterparts on technical teams, and building requirements documentation. This person will also be accountable for communicating with internal team members on project performance and progress, tracking to ensure digital initiatives are completed on schedule, within scope and budget, and help to manage the agile product SDLC from ideation through deployment.

The Business Analyst will report directly to the Global Director, Marketing Technology and will play an integral part in the future growth of the digital, omnichannel experience for customers and internal stakeholders. This role will be a liaison for the Marketing Technology team, global product managers, regional and business stakeholders. This role will work with multiple teams including marketing and IT to align teams to project scope, use cases, business requirements, UX requirements, scheduling, internal communications, and status reporting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business requirements and project management for a B2B or B2C website or enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Writing requirements documentation and gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
Effectively communicating product development scope, requirements and planning alongside global product managers to cross-functional team members and management.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements and supporting global product manager on balancing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Manage the implementation schedule of projects with internal teams to ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline
Outline all JIRA tickets connected to requirements/scope for web development projects and maintaining governance of required ticket parameters (assignee, priority, description, EPIC assignment, etc)
Manage daily a Visual Project Management (VPM) board constructed with product manager
Manage daily management meetings (SCRUM with various development workstreams/groups, recap all meetings with structured format and action items identified and track progress of action items across scrums.
Identify blockers for projects with JIRAs and tagging them to report out each day the progress of blockers to the web operations team
Help set priorities and manage a backlog of features and functionality; works with product managers to coordinate with engineering and design teams to meet those requirements.
Supports the product manager, development teams and IT to assist with coordination of troubleshooting for service disruptions.
Create and maintain software documentation for ongoing website management/maintenance.
Lead retrospective meetings for projects post-deployment, including capturing all internal stakeholders feedback on project milestone phases
Support the Global Product Manager to develop and communicate the product roadmaps, milestones and project progress.
Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for project deployments and project roadmaps

Skills/Experience
Experience with product development documentation, use case scoping and writing, requirements scoping, production schedules and digital projects (website, digital marketing, etc.)
3+ years of managing application development or digital project management experience.
3+ years working with project management tools, preference with Monday.com JIRA, Confluence or AzureDevOps
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously while also being highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to prioritize effectively while managing diverse needs of a growing business
Experience of working in an AGILE environment
Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen and resilience under pressure
Experience with enterprise-level applications or marketing technology (CMS, Ecommerce, DAM, PIM, CRM) a plus
Experience with integrating with enterprise-level systems and customizing OTB APIs a plus

Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in field with 5+ years exp. OR Master?s degree in field with 4+ years exp.
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science with relevant work experience
Agile project management skills
