CorTech is seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist for our client in Seattle, WA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $28-38/hr Job Description Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs and deliverabls to support the growth and expansion of company products and services in the Rentals B2B business. Develops processes, programs, sales presentations, FAQs, sales enablement materials and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and markettng fundamentals. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Supports rentals B2B (customers are marketing managers, directors working for multi-home buildings that Z supports helping them fill the vacancies). The amount of work to support them is in internal ( playbooks, talking points) and external resources (decks, 1 pager, physical collaterals, email outreach platform) Top skills/MUST HAVEs: - Competent in copywriting - Excellent in PM and communication (Be able to adapt to different comm styles/stake holders on various levels), multitasking, not easily overwhelmed, proactive), extremely organized, patient and self starter - Google slides and Outlook exp is a must - 2-3 yrs of mid-large company experience as a marketing assistant, sales enablement (potentially coming from real estate, property management company is a huge plus) Nice to have: - Comfortable in various channels (external vs internal decks and emails) - Experience with sales or written proximity of sales - Highspot; internal and external collateral repository - Outreach; high-touch email platform (a+ on both of the software listed above but it?s teachable, hence not a deal breaker on either) Bonus: - Working supporting sales org (the tone is different in curated email) | |
