CorTech is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our client in Albuquerque, NM! Pay rate: 18.00 Job Description: Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone and email, and strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering. Work hand-in-hand with Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer?s needs are being met. Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing. Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, invoicing, logistics and answer sales calls for general information. Requirements: A college degree, or working towards a degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered. Prior customer service experience is required in a fast pace environment. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Pleasant personality for phone/in-person sales. General computer skills. Self-Motivator. Enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation. Ability to learn quickly. Service minded, aggressive and congenial. HM would like the pay rate to be $18/hr. Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a,-5pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch | |
