Don't delay, apply today! 1st Shift 6am-2pm $17.00 Key Responsibilities · Operate assigned equipment. · Participate in continuous improvement activities. · Support the Honeywell Operating System (HOS). · Maintain work area(s) for operation and cleanliness. · Comply with all safety rules. · Record and report production data. · Diagnose and remedy operating difficulties. · Work from set-up sheets, prints, spec sheets, work orders, and written and verbal instructions. · Have a basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and the ability to adjust processes. · Use all necessary equipment to check parts for conformance. · Document items such as scrap and machine time. · Assist servicers to ensure a smooth flow of parts through the cell supporting team requirements. · Interface with support areas such as Maintenance, QA, and Production Control. · Communicate problems to the supervisor. · Cross-train within your department and perform duties of similar complexity, as needed. Special Considerations: ? Lifting is generally at or below 30lbs. without significant repetitions. ? Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated. ? Operation of a Powered industrial truck is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures. YOU MUST HAVE ? High School Diploma or GED WE VALUE ? Ability to collaborate with others and work independently ? Ability to identify key details ? Ability to troubleshoot ? Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity ? Creative thinking and idea generation ? Significant manufacturing experience ?
