CorTech is seeking to hire a HR Admin Coordinator for our client in Nashville, TN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Shift: 8- 5PM :5-day work week, flexible 30-40 hours per week Position Summary The HR Admin Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support for the Corporate & HRG HR team and coordinates key activities on behalf of HRG. Major Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to VP and other leaders on team through: Schedules, organizes and coordinates meetings and events. Assists with onboarding new team members Maintains various distribution lists and shared mailboxes Triage HR calls to route to appropriate teams Coordinates general office needs (maintain shared calendars, ordering office supplies, liaison with DMS, etc.) Support monthly webex meetings as producer, ensuring webex is optimally configured to enhance participant experience. Supports new hire orientation program through assessment of work location and external vs internal hire. Administers various HR internal websites (Corporate Amenities, HR Spotlight, new hire orientation, etc.) Proficient in MS Office ? Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Outlook Ability to quickly learn new computer applications and technology to create efficient work systems; ability to design work processes to leverage existing computer applications Strong organization, time management, and detailed oriented skillset Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with and tracking activity of various Client business functions and leaders Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines Strong critical thinking skills Customer service attitude Collaborates well with other teams and departments Performs other duties as assigned Practices and adheres to the ?Code of Conduct? philosophy and ?Mission and Value Statement.?
