CorTech is seeking to hire a Business Analyst for our client in Nashville, TN!

The Business Analyst will be responsible to gather requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, conduct human centric design workshops, create future state persona and journey maps for a TA optimization program

Major Responsibilities:
Assist the Team in monitoring, analyzing, and improving established current state processes in TA and create requirements for the reimagined state.
Run detailed metric analysis Recruitment reports for the HR leadership team.

Run Human centric design workshops, discovery assessment and stakeholder interviews Audit operational processes and recommend process improvement opportunities.

Identify potential improvements based upon analyses.

Interface and collaborate with other functional areas of the company as well as external vendors.

Present findings to business leaders as requested.

Effective communication skills

Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change

Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree Required

3+ years of experience in relevant work experience Required

SQL experience and/or other database platform knowledge Preferred

Advanced Excel experience Preferred

Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Preferred

Required experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience and bachelor's degree.
