CorTech is seeking to hire a Consumer Relations Associate for our client in Reading, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check. Shift: 2nd Shift Daily Start Time (ex: 9:00 am) 12 Noon Daily End Time (ex: 5:00 pm) 8 PM Working Days (ex: Monday - Friday) Tuesday through Saturday Full Time (40 hours per week with no overtime) Remote Work Environment (Only) Primary language English with French as their secondary language Temp to Perm - strong work ethics, dependability, long-term work relationship and eventually career growth and advancement General Purpose Provide customer service to consumers via multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner. Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc?) Answer incoming calls and incoming chats Respond to incoming emails Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution Return calls from voicemail Meet department goals and personal KPIs Education and Experience High School Degree Bi-lingual useful (English(primary) and French (secondary)) Excellent computer skills and above-average Microsoft Office skills Key Competencies Communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service focus Problem analysis and problem-solving Reliable and dependable Work well as part of a team. | |
