CorTech is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst for our client in Nashville, TN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $23/hr 1st Shift: 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm Job Description Call Center AR Analyst Typical Duties and Tasks: * Receives inbound calls in high volume AR department and assists with AR related customer questions *Assist in managing high volume AR department email boxes * Escalates issues and difficult matters to appropriate department. * Effectively utilize technology and other tools to accomplish tasks. Position Requirements: * High School Diploma * At least 1 year Prior Customer Service experience preferred * Computer literacy in Microsoft Office * Excellent communication and writing skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Personal accountability * Attention to detail * Team player * High sense of urgency * High level of integrity * Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience of Excel * Time management skills * Strong customer service Additional information from the manager: * Previous collections experience helpful * Hybrid (40% in office); 2 days a week on-site * Hours: 40/wk; can work 8AM-430PM OR 830AM-5PM * CST time zone * First 2 days will be on-site before being hybrid * Background in Finance is a plus * Customer service bg skills plus | |
