CorTech is seeking to hire a Consumer Relations Associate for our client in Reading, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check. Shift: 2nd Shift Daily Start Time (ex: 9:00 am) 10 AM Daily End Time (ex: 5:00 pm) 8 PM Working Days (ex: Monday - Friday) Saturday and Tuesday - rest of hours flexible to make 40 hours Full Time (40 hours per week with no overtime) Remote Work Environment (Only) Temp to Perm - dependability, long-term work relationship, and eventually career growth and advancement within the department. General Purpose Provide customer service to consumers via multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner. Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc?) Answer incoming calls and incoming chats Respond to incoming emails Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution Return calls from voicemail Meet department goals `and personal KPIs Education and Experience High School Degree Bi-lingual useful (English and Spanish or French) Excellent computer skills and above-average Microsoft Office skills Key Competencies Communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service focus Problem analysis and problem-solving Reliable and dependable Work well as part of a team | |
