Weekly Pay! $16.00/Hour Shift: First As a Production Specialist you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality medical diagnostic products in a clean and safe work environment. You will have the opportunity to learn and gain new skills in multiple work centers and operate under 5S & Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO standards. Your work will contribute to producing innovative products that keep people and animals healthy. In this role, you will be expected to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and government regulations. You will operate a variety of machines on a rotating basis, including set-up operation, clean-up, change-over, troubleshooting, and/or minor repair for manufacturing equipment in the work center. Basic math skills are also required, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be working with a team and may have to provide production and process training to other employees. Prior experience in manufacturing or production is not required as you will be trained to be successful in this role. Physical requirements include standing for 2 hours or more, sitting, phone and computer use, extended reach, lifting up to 50lbs, occasionally climbing, kneeling, or bending, and specific vision abilities such as close, color, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus. | |
