This person will be a trainer. They are responsible for training our customers how to use our system, our installer on how to install our system and our engineers how to troubleshoot and configure

This person can be remote, but will be a road warrior, expected to travel to a customer site every week.

As a Customer Adoption and Training Specialist at Client, your work contributes directly to making a significant impact on others by teaching them how so properly use our products to save and sustain lives.

The Customer Adoption and Training Specialist provides our internal and external customers the skills needed for installation, support, maintenance and system administration of our Client suite of products. With responsibility and accountability for training and development in both virtual and in person settings, the person in this role will surface opportunities for enhances training content and assist in the identification of opportunities for additional revenue streams by the creation of micro learnings that are right-sized for our customers, meeting them where they are.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a knowledge base of our products and services with an eye on delivering content that meets the specific needs of our customers based on the products and services they have purchased.

Create and deliver customized training to internal and external customers based on their persona

Manage multiple training projects simultaneously involving successfully organizing, planning, and executing large-scale training projects from vision through implementation.

Use independent decision-making to design and develop training materials, reference materials, presentation materials and job aids.

Provide standards, services, and guidance on IT related training programs that are designed to enable our engineering team to use information technologies and systems more productively. Services include the development, delivery, and/or coordination of training courses and materials that address specific technical support team needs.

Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs.

Maintain a thorough understanding of training tools such as demo kits, test devices, computers, and device functionality. Troubleshoot and/or work through technical problems during training class.

Communicate customer feedback, concerns, and request to appropriate team members.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college/university or 5 years experience in the delivery of training.

2+ years of experience in troubleshooting, installing, and/or supporting medical devices or IS systems clinical applications ? preferably in the Healthcare field.

Proficiency, or the aptitude to become proficient in technical disciples related to:

Database programs and monitoring tools such as SQL, VPN and Scripting capabilities.

Wired and Wireless networking such as TCP/IP, Subnets and Security protocols Server and hardware specifications

Digital, Analog and Telephony Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

A+ Technical Certification (Both Hardware and Operating Systems Exams) or equivalent experience (preferred)

N+ Certification or equivalent experience in networks installation or support (preferred)

May require 50% overnight travel
