CorTech is seeking to hire a Oracle Cloud Solution architect for our client in El Segundo, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $107.14/Hour Position Summary: The Enterprise Architecture Group in the CTO Organization is looking for an Oracle Cloud Solution architect to help in the execution of a large finance transformation initiative moving legacy financial platforms and capabilities to Oracle Cloud. Must have the ability to learn quickly, work under minimal direction and take charge of situations. Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics and communicate to all levels of an organization. Primary Responsibilities Interface with business partners, Client IT/GTO as well as vendors to understand the existing landscape, scope and requirements. Act as the liaison with business managers, business users and IT execution team. Support the definition of use cases, scenarios etc. and their corresponding design. Develops and implements policies, procedures, and architectural principals to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Assist with the development of test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development, and where possible, makes recommendations for improvement. Assists in the identification, analysis, and resolution of technology infrastructure problems. Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. Recommends improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team. Lead Proof of Concept (POC) for feasibility studies Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong understanding of integration best practices and excellent relationship skills working with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure team and various development teams across the organization. Able to work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers. Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions. Lead/drive interface mapping sessions Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in a computer science/engineering, information technology or other related field plus more than 10 years of related experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven record of grasping highly complex problems and turning them into actionable plans to deliver quick time-to-value Demonstrated experience in high level systems design, and security architecture design and development. Proficient in all modules involved in Order-to-Cash (OM, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, WMS, Inventory, AR, Costing, XLA, GL), Procure-to-Pay (Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, AP, Costing, XLA, GL) or Forecast to Manufacture processes (WIP, Costing, XLA, Inventory) and Financials (FA, CM, GL) Technical Expertise on Oracle Cloud financial modules and Oracle Integration Cloud Technical Expertise on different tools/programming languages such as PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, Java, APEX, REST API Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop and communicate the architecture decisions that inspire and motivate partners. Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the business value of IT. Ability to work well with all levels of the organization. Ability to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present to Sr. Management Ability to learn a new business quickly Ability to analyze data Experience modeling architectures in UML Experience with Oracle Cloud for Finance Experience with Google Cloud Platform a plus. Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry a plus. Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) a plus. ROLE AND SKILLS: Specifically looking for person who will be able to write high level design, drive the team to a solution. Must have very good communication. Local Candidates preferred. Should be able to have knowledge of how to write, understand the problem, express it in form of high level design. Making UML diagram, SQL diagram, dive into use case, that is the level we?re looking for. Predominantly Oracle position. Person should have good knowledge of Oracle Cloud, ERP on Finance Side. One of the things we see is Order to Cash, we?re not looking so much into ordering piece, but into once you have the Accounts Receivable, from there how the rest of process works. The financials, FA, CM, GL, Costing, AP, AR, those are important. Not the knowledge of shipping in pricing, but the later part of the process. Anybody that knows accounting hub will be way better, this is maximum focus. Should have good understanding of Oracle Cloud, how it works. And at least how OIC (oracle integration cloud) works, this is preferred but not required. Person should be good in SQL. If knows how to write google query it?s great, write on any of the other query language ok. But at least cloud data knowledge. Knowledge of how to integrate with other system. Understand the problem and how to integrate into other systems. Expecting person to have some amount of integration experience. Take data from multiple systems, design the solution. If anybody has Integration experience, they have to have a basic idea of what is file integration, Rest API integration, etc. Someone with Techno-Functional Oracle Solutions Architect. | |
