JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst for our client in Columbus, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $38.50/hr 1st Shift Job Description This position will require coordinating with vendors and suppliers regarding the re-usable packaging that come into the facility. Networking with supply chain, vendors, material handlers and operations team is essential. Position will require some project management to ensure that suppliers and vendors are meeting requirements and communicating that to the operations team. Escalate issues to operations team. Coordinating with material handlers to ensure the materials are cleaned and washed before reusing and shipping out. Candidates with logistics(not warehouse workers) and packaging are preferred. Be part of the Returnable Packaging Program deployment and operations team. 1. Lead individual supplier and CMI site implementations in line with deployment roadmap a. Coordinate cross-functional teams b. Step in to provide practical support when necessary c. Escalate project issues to leadership when necessary d. Understand end-to-end effects of project activity and engage appropriately with effected and accountable stakeholders 2. Execute processes to manage network performance and ensure packaging availability a. Analyze packaging availability and intercede as necessary to ensure packaging is available to suppliers with lowest managed expense impact b. Monitor network performance and resolve tactical issues c. Support container management center collaboration with CMI operations 3. Implement continuous improvements with suppliers, CMI sites, and container management operations a. Translate network performance gaps into improvement actions b. Collaborate with CMC 3PL and CMI operations to drive consistent, standard best-in-class processes | |
