ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with global cross-functional labeling teams (internal and external) to develop product labeling content.
Become a contributing member of development team(s).
Be an active participant in meetings to ensure each member stays informed on functionality enhancements and modifications.
Meet labeling project timelines and commitments and ensure deliverables are met.
Advise, assist, and mentor other team members, and participate in collaborative content reviews.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Strong analytical and information gathering skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Markup language experience (XML, HTML, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English.
Experience working in a regulated environment. Basic knowledge of regulatory and manufacturing requirements as it applies to labeling.
Ability to solicit, and accept, feedback and information from others in an open environment
Experience working with Git or similar distributed version control system.
EDUCATION
Applicants must meet one of the following:
Bachelors Degree in related field preferred and 3 -5 years experience in graphic design or related field
Bachelors Degree in non-related field and 5+ years related experience in graphic design or related field
Associates Degree in related field and 7+ years experience in graphic design or related field.
Associates Degree in non-related field and 9+ years experience in graphic design or related field.
High school diploma or GED with 10+ years experience in graphic design or related field and 2+ years project management experience

JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Designer is a remote/office-based (flex) role, responsible to collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams to produce documentation and processes that meets product configuration needs while meeting applicable requirements. Assist to build and manage the team?s drafting standards, processes, and best practices. Provides an intermediate level of technical expertise on product configurations and releases to production.
The role directly reports to the Manager of Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will have prior CAD/Revit training and applied experience, and commercial construction/mechanical/industrial experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Other duties may be assigned:
Essential Duties including supervisory responsibilities.
Prepares equipment pre-production drawings and customer room layouts under the direction of sales reps, lead project designer and customer support
Maintains project folders and drawing databases
Executes drawing revisions within the engineering change order (ECO) process
Updates and maintains drafting tools and standard drawings
Assists in maintaining CAD software updates and helps troubleshoot problems with technical support
Uploads drawings to centralized drawing database for production use
Provides basic room design guidance to sales consultants
Responsible for submittal package consolidation
Must be flexible in job related assignments and work overtime to meet project timelines and commitments and ensure deliverables are met
Advise, assist, and mentor other team members, and participate in collaborative content reviews.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree in related field preferred and 3 -5 years experience in design or related field
Bachelors Degree in non-related field and 5+ years related experience in design or related field
Associates Degree in related field and 7+ years experience in design or related field.
Associates Degree in non-related field and 9+ years experience in design or related field
High school diploma or GED with 10+ years experience in design or related field and 2+ years project management experience.

Applied knowledge of design tools/software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) desired. 
Commercial construction, manufacturing, industrial, and/or technical field experience desired.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Experienced CAD skills 
Advanced Microsoft office skills, (word, excel) 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Strong organization skills, with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
Proven ability to interpret architectural, electrical, mechanical plans, specifications, and structural details. 
Must have knowledge of other technical / non-technical disciplines which normally requires interface during the execution of the specific technical activities. 
Must have a strong sense of urgency when responding to customer needs and requests 
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications, including construction and structural documents 
Experienced in computer assisted drafting (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc?) 
3D Design and/or Revit experience preferred
