CorTech is seeking to hire a Laborer for our client in Front Royal, VA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Start Time: 7:30 AM End Time: 4:00 PM Reg Hours: 40.00 Qualifications: Physical Fitness: General Laborers must have the physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks throughout the workday. Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are essential, as employers rely on General Laborers to complete tasks on schedule. Team Player: Ability to work well with others and follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders. Safety Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow them diligently to prevent accidents and injuries. Basic Math and Reading Skills: Ability to understand and follow written instructions, measurements, and safety guidelines. Experience: While prior experience in general labor roles is beneficial, some employers may also consider candidates with a willingness to learn and work hard. Responsibilities: Manual Labor: Perform various physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, moving, and assembling materials, equipment, and products. These tasks may involve heavy lifting and repetitive movements. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, including sweeping, mopping, removing debris, and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials. Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, hand tools, and power tools, under supervision and following safety guidelines. Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading goods and materials from trucks, containers, or other transportation vehicles. 5Warehouse Support: Assist in organizing and inventorying goods in warehouses, distribution centers, or storage facilities. Landscaping: Assist with landscaping tasks, such as planting, pruning, mowing, and general garden maintenance. Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and colleagues. Adaptability: Be willing to work in various weather conditions and environments, as the job may require outdoor work and exposure to different elements. Communication: Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
