JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Supplier Quality Engineer for our client in Minnetonka! Benefits Available! $48.00/Hour 8:30 AM - 5 PM BS degree in engineering or related scientific field plus 5-8 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area, or Master's degree with 0-2 years of related work experience. As a supplier quality engineer, responsible for sourcing quality components from external suppliers, driving improvement and corrective action. Develops acceptance criteria, generates inspection procedures and test protocols, and investigates and drives corrective action for incoming material defects and field failures. Provides technical support for supplier selection and new component introduction, and collaborates with Design Engineering to select components based on quality and reliability analysis. Provides guidance to less experienced staff and may lead a project team of moderate scope. | |
