JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire TWO Inspectors with 2-5 years of experience for our client in Westford! Benefits Available! $21.42/Hour Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM Our client is seeking someone with good manufacturing process experience, practice with good review process, and medical device manufacturing experience. Experience in other types of manufacturing like pharma, or auto will also be taken into consideration. Position Summary: Performs inspection and testing of purchased materials, components and products in accordance with policy and procedures. Essential Functions: Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures. Records inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures. Operates all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures. Recommends changes to policies and procedures. May prepare and submit change requests. Documents non-conformances in Non-Conforming Material Review system. Participates in GR&R studies as directed by engineers or technicians. Collects data for First Article inspections. Performs testing and inspection in accordance with special test requests. May train other Inspectors. Assists in gathering, analyzing, and trending of data Other Duties: Performs work of a miscellaneous nature as required. Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements. Requirements: * Semi-Conductor Industry background * Clean Room Facility/Systems Manufacturing * Knowledge of tools such as Calipers, Gauges, Rulers, and Electronics * Will be supporting System and Incoming Supplies and Materials on the Clean Room Facility and System Manufacturing floors * Will be using tools to measure diameters and components according to drawings * Must Read and Write English as they will need to read the drawings and enter information into many forms * GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices | |
