The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator will be part of our North America Human Resources team and will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation strategies to support our North America Diversity, Equity, Inclusion programs and initiatives. The DEI Coordinator will partner with the DEI Director of North America and Global DEI Center of Excellence, staff to execute plans focused on developing skills in creating an inclusive and equitable environment. The DEI Coordinator will play a critical part in fostering a culture of inclusion.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

In partnership with the DEI Director of North America and Global DEI Center of Excellence, this position will be responsible for creating and implementing DEI programs, fostering a sense of belonging among employees, and working with cross-functional partners to achieve results
Assists with the developing and execution of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging deliverables, initiatives, and programs, by designing, improving, and implementing programs and processes to foster employee engagement and retention across the North America Client system
Leads coordination efforts for regional for various DEI internal and external initiatives.
Reviewing current practices and policies, assessing, and analyzing alignment with the DEI framework and guiding principles
Partners with internal Inclusion Networks to build on initiatives to drive an engaging culture of belonging.

Functional Skills:

Requires high attention to detail, critical thinking, creativity, growth mindset and resilience to deliver DEI initiatives journey
Must be community minded, innovative in the approach to completing our mission, and supporting the organizational values
Demonstrated ability to work with people from all walks of life and understanding, passion and willingness to learn about and from others
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills.
