CorTech is seeking to hire a Customer Service Associate to work remotely for our client in based in Reading, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check. 10 AM - 8 PM Saturday and Tuesday - rest of hours flexible to make 40 hours Temp to Perm - dependability, long-term work relationship, and career growth and advancement within the department. General Purpose Provide customer service to consumers via multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner. Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc?) Answer incoming calls and incoming chats Respond to incoming emails Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution Return calls from voicemail Meet department goals `and personal KPIs Education and Experience High School Degree Bi-lingual useful Excellent computer skills and above-average Microsoft Office skills Key Competencies Communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service focus Problem analysis and problem-solving Reliable and dependable Work well as part of a team | |
