Process Consultant - Paris, TX Company: JobsRus.com Location: Paris, TX Salary: $60.00/Hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm Job Type: Full-Time-Contract About Us: JobsRus.com is currently seeking a Process Consultant to join our team in Paris, TX, and work with our client. We offer competitive compensation, weekly pay, and a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: As a Process Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Advocating for and guiding the implementation of change initiatives within the asset. Demonstrating and promoting a strong commitment to safety practices and actively participating in safety improvement efforts. Leading problem-solving efforts within the asset using techniques like 5 Whys, 4-Step, Kata, etc. Providing support for machine processes and quality systems. Coaching and training asset teams in process knowledge, standard work (TPM/Centerlining/RTW), product alignment, and more. Collaborating with the Platform leader and team to develop short-term and long-term plans for asset improvement. Assisting support teams in various activities including RSR, PMs, project start-ups, and daily operations. Working closely with line maintenance and support team members to ensure overall machine health. Taking a lead role in investigating and reducing consumer complaints related to the assigned asset. Leading the Centerlining process for the asset and maintaining settings in RTW. Building capabilities through teaching and coaching both operators and support resources on the line. Supporting OPEX (Operational Excellence) initiatives. Undertaking other responsibilities as needed to meet business requirements. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Child Care Operations, preferably in roles like Process Specialist, Shift Specialist, or Lean Capability Leader. Equivalent experience gained outside of working directly for the client will be considered if it was in support of similar manufacturing equipment. While a degree is not mandatory, a strong skillset and relevant experience are prioritized. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and problem-solving methodologies. Proficiency in interacting with packaging equipment, specifically Optima Baggers, is preferred. An operator-focused mindset with the ability to facilitate problem-solving and drive change with an hourly workforce. Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills. Previous experience with the client is a plus, including retirees familiar with the client's operations.
