CorTech is seeking to hire a Help Desk Analyst for our client in Richardson, TX!

Pay rate: 26.00

? Hours: Monday ? Friday business hours (exact shift start and end time to be determined)
? Role Overview: Service Desk Analysts fall between Levels I and II for desktop support.

? Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Answers and documents all help desk calls related to specific software applications for assigned area.
? Provides end-user support for specific software applications
? Answers and documents all help desk calls related to specific software applications and computer hardware.
? Provides end-user support for specific software applications.
? May assist with some hardware issues.
? Creates and terminates new users in Active Directory related to specific software applications.
? Creates and updates user security access.
? Monitors servers and users to ensure that the systems are operational.
? Informs Information Technology Services of any operational problems.
? Conducts system maintenance on network.
? Reviews software literature for any software updates and upgrades.

? Systems/Software Proficiencies: Active Directory, Help Desk ticketing systems
