CorTech is seeking to hire a Data Entry Clerk for our client in Newport News, VA! Pay rate: 17.00 Inventory Control Assistant Areas of impact: Delivers job responsibilities following a defined standard output or set procedures. Work consists of tasks that are very routing, or well defined, with specific instructions to achieve standardized solutions. Problem solving: Problems and issues faced are routine and solutions are clear. Follows a well-established and familiar set of job activities and/or job processes to solve a problem. Job duties: ? Completes advanced duties associated with vendor returns on a day-to-day basis ? Works closely with various departments such as Category Management, HQ Supply Chain, and our blended partners. ? Works Closely with our suppliers to receive approvals to return excess goods based on our agreements with our suppliers. ? Provides applicable inventory control measures. ? Works through Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access, Power BI & other various platforms to solution and communicate solutions for our external customers. ? Execute initiatives as assigned. ? Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. ? Regular and reliable attendance ? Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Prior experience: Applies basic job knowledge of systems and procedures that are relevant to own job. Technical and Professional Skills: ? Inventory Management ? Data Analysis ? Teamwork ? Problem Solving ? Detail-Oriented ? Ability to organize and prioritize work ? Ability to effectively communicate in writing ? Ability to effectively communicate verbally ? Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices. ? Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Power BI, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Etc.). ? Ability to effectively utilize FEL?s inventory and logistics system (Trilogie) Position is hybrid with 3 days a week expected in the office and 2 from home. Monday and Friday at home, Tues-Thursday in office. Candidate can also work every day at the office if they choose. Hours will be 8:00 to 4:30 with an unpaid half hour lunch |
