Production Lead Required Skills/Abilities: ? Ability to lead, support, and give direction while creating a cohesive team environment. ? Strong hand/eye coordination and dexterity. Production Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Coordinates daily operational activity of assigned production lines. ? Collaborates and communicates with all members involved in the production process. ? Assists with the efficient assembly and preparation of goods on the production line. ? Directs and assists with the cleanup of production lines and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area. ? Completes all paperwork accurately with attention to detail. ? Implements current procedures related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost; and creatively seeks ways to make improvements within these procedures. ? Supports and adheres to companies? policies, procedures, and values. ? Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: ? One to three years of relevant experience is preferred; however, a combination of skills and experience will be considered. Physical Requirements: ? Constant standing is required while working on the production line as there are no chairs on the production line. ? Performing repetitive actions when picking up products off the line. ? Frequently moving items weighing up to 30 pounds across the facility. ? Visual acuity to read and follow instructions as well as inspect products.
