PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Marketing Specialist actively participates in the execution of design and marketing administration for the Home Center marketing organization.

The person in this role will provide hands-on graphic design support across the Home Center channel supporting marketing demands of our roofing, insulation, and composites businesses.

In addition, this person will play a key role in executing marketing administrative support for standard/ad hoc reporting, approval tracking for marketing advertising elements, and other major customer event / meeting deliverables throughout the year.

The Home Center channel provides a unique opportunity to deliver critical brand awareness for our products, deliver unmatched value to some of the largest customers while also supporting residential categories across all 3 major business units within the company.

Primary supplier for the Home Center channel across roofing, insulation, and composite categories in North America.

Marketing through this channel is in support of, as well as, in partnership with The Home Depot, Lowe?s, and Menards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Administration
Manage and execute internal legal products and marketing review process for all customer facing marketing initiatives.

Manage the creation, update, and deliver of regular ad hoc reporting.

Create and distribute internal marketing reports as needed.
Assist with administration of major customer meetings on a local or national basis.

Partner closely with the Home Center marketing team to meet dynamic customer administration needs as they arise.

Graphic Design
Digital:

social media graphics including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn multi-format needs per the platform.

Tradeshow: design booth graphics using Illustrator; CAD is a plus but not a requirement.
Print / OOH: design for tradition print and billboard formats.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of graphic design experience
Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
Travel: N/A

Experience:

Hands-on aptitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic organization supporting needs of the customer and internal functional partners, ability to manage time and workload to meet project needs.
Proficiency using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is required.
Proficiency using typical productivity software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.
Experience working with spreadsheets.
Experience working in a corporate environment preferred not required.

Ability to pay attention to details and sometimes perform repetitive work.
