We're currently hiring an internal Recruiter to support our Richmond, VA branch. This is a full-time position and is not remote.. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Duties/Responsibilities: - Receive job orders and post into applicant tracking system - Review resumes upon receipt and reach out to candidates - Conduction in-person and phone interviews to detrmine if a candidate will be a good fit for a role - Travel to client locations, local events and local ofices. - Asses job duties, responisilties, to determine was skills are needed to be success in the role. - Answer phones line and respond to email inquiries. - Respond to workplace injuries/incidents - Communicate directly with clients and internal staff - Issue corrective action and terminations to employees - Assist candidates with onboarding proccess - Other duries as assigned by amanagment CorTech Offers: - Full comprehensive benefits package after 90 days of working. - PTO accrued month;ly - Professioal development assistance | |
