Ideal candidate:
- Experience recruiting for entry level manufacturing roles, such as manual labor, warehouse and maintenance.
- High volume recruitment
- Full recruitment cycle



Job Description: Evaluate candidates' resumes against position requirements.

Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.

Document information in system in a timely manner.

Job Description: Develops sources of qualified applicants.

Reviews and evaluates applications for work history, education and training, salary desired, other skills and abilities to determine qualification for employment; conducts interviews, administers tests, checks references and background.

Informs applicants about job duties, responsibilities, pay, benefits, hours, working conditions, Company policies, and other related information.

Initiates Job Opening Status Reports to obtain approval to begin employment processes and to offer position to selected applicant.

Participates in recruitment and selection projects.

Complies with local government regulations by administering employment practices within standard operating procedures.

Assists in the development of cost effective recruiting programs including but not limited to advertising and career fairs to fill open positions. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.
