JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Forklift Operator for our client in Macon, GA! Pay rate: 21.00 C SHIFT, 6Am-6PM, F-SU Summary: Responsible for shipping and receiving paperwork. Moving product from packout to the freezer/cooler. Manifesting product for storage or shipment. Loading and unloading trucks. Checking fuel and temperature of loaded trailers. Loading and unloading blast freezer/cooler. Keeps shipping dock, pallet dock, outside loading dock, offices and bathrooms clean and other duties assigned by supervisor. Must be able to perform all job duties to standard within 20 days. Must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be willing to work in a cold & wet environment. Must be willing to stand for entire shift. Must observe all required hygiene and safety procedures at all times. Job requires bending, lifting, twisting, & turning. Must be certified on LOTO, pallet jack & forklift before being awarded position. Must have good math skills. Must be able to take accurate inventories when necessary. Operator Stand up forklift, picking and pulling orders, inventory control. warehouse is 32 F and freezer is -10. Comments Tyson will supply -40 freezer suits and gloves. Will need composite toe boots. | |
