Description:

The Team:
The Global Quality Systems Team manages quality systems across Client. The team is responsible for organizational change management, training, system administration, system development, and user support. The team works with leaders in the Quality, Safety, Regulations, and Compliance organization to ensure that all quality systems are meeting key objectives. The objectives are to ensure systems are being fully adopted, processes are aligned, and users are supported across Client. These objectives help to ensure that Client develops, manufactures, and ships quality products which are safe and regulatory compliant. This is a new team being developed as Client embarks on a path of digital transformation for the Quality, Safety, Regulations, and Compliance organization.

The Opportunity:

Client is currently seeking a Global Quality Systems Coordinator. In this position you will collaborate with a global team who are responsible for organization change management of quality systems and associated processes. You will create communications, presentations, and training documents to the various global locations. You will ensure local teams know how to use the quality systems, processes are aligned and adopted, system and process issues are identified and resolved, and training of end users. You will work closely with the Global Quality Systems Training and Technical teams. This position reports to Associate Manager Global Quality Systems.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Joining the Team on the ground floor, you will have a significant impact on the digital transformation for the Quality, Safety, Regulations, and Compliance organization.
Assist in developing, training, and communicating a best-in-class organizational change management operating model.
Collaborate with and support the training team to develop effective and engaging training (method, materials, and media)
Partner with the technical team on solving user support issues, enhancements, and new projects to ensure successful implementation with end users.
What We?re Looking For:
3+ year organizational change management experience
3+ year supporting information technology end users.
Bachelor?s Degree or Equivalent
Strong communication and presentation skills (in person and virtual) must be comfortable being on camera during virtual meetings.
Exceptional writing and presentation creation skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience training in a corporate environment
Ability to participate in meetings and calls outside of normal working hours (late night or early morning)
Ability to travel as needed.
