Day to Day Responsibilities: o Service Now Queue management and triage, data quality assurance. o StruxureWare Data Center Operations - EcoStruxure IT Advisor ? clean up and data quality assurance. o SHREDD (Standardized Handling & Recording of Equipment Decommissioning and Disposal database - process) compatibility with IT Advisor ? asset tracking ? cleanup and data quality assurance. o Decommission Daily Service Now ticket review/compliance and data quality assurance. o Patch Manager (Cable patching management database) updates ad quality assurance. o Working in a Data Center environment - knowledge / experience. ? Top Must have Skills: o Data Center experience is a NON-NEGOTIABLE (think Dell EMC, etc.) o Documentation Skills o Exceptional Communication Skills o Data Maintenance o Promoting Process Improvement o Application Administration. o Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. o Maintains technical knowledge and stays up to date on latest tools and technologies. ? Years? Experience Required: 3+ with ServiceNow ticket management in a data center environment ? Education Requirements: N/A ?
