Job Description

A principal role, with career growth opportunity, that conducts quality control measures and supports the effective execution of facility operations.

What you will do
Quality Control:

Data analysis and graphics, such as preparation of work order performance reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing results, and making recommendations
Audit and manage work order categorization and close-out in the CMMS (QFM) system in relation to the O&M Contract terms.
Spot check repair work to ensure quality of work meets standards.
Champion process improvement and deployment initiatives.
Implement repair and maintenance completion processes; inspect, test, and approve.
Risk management; identify operations and safety risks and mitigation strategies.

Document storage management:
assure documents are stored in accordance with the required folder structure

Inventory Management oversight
Provide support for external audits

Enforces all Client safety and risk management policies and procedures; reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner and identifies and corrects unsafe work conditions with management oversight.

Develop a good understanding of the facility management contract.

Facility Operations:
Work closely with the Technical Supervisor and the Planner to order parts, track delivery schedule
Issue and track purchase orders and invoices using a tracking database
Maintain billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, and database information
Monitor office supplies, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
Participate in Leadership meetings and produce Meeting Minutes
Develop contracts with vendors and sub-contractors
Support development of Periodical Reports

Preferred
Bachelor?s degree (BA, BS, or BSc.)
Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) exam from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Service contracting experience
Scheduling experience
Facility Management experience
CMMS background
Background in HVAC/R, Electrical, Plumbing and General Facilities
Read and interpreting commercial building plans, specifications, and blueprints
Completing records and reports related to building facilities and preventive maintenance programs
