CorTech is seeking to hire a Liquidations and Donations Coordinator for our client in Atlanta, GA!

The liquidations and donations coordinator is responsible for prioritizing and running the Block Stock Inventory and Open Order Reports for Reason Code 30 (Liquidation) and 31 (Donation) for 30+ warehouses to monitor To Old To Ship (TOTS) inventory, reviewing what is available for Liquidation and Donation making sure to consider brand restrictions, bottler agreements and any state regulations regarding the inventory available. Reviewing with the plants and supply planning any unusual, high volume, or recurring TOTS inventory issues to try to avoid future issues. Offer up available inventory for donation to our National Donation Partners. Processing the donation offers and any local donation requests for those facilities. Organizing the transfer of the local donations from our team to the individual shipping warehouses and working with the GDAT process for local requests from government agencies. Offer insight on donation offers from the credit and deductions team. Work with the credit and deduction team occasionally on special circumstance orders on liquidation orders. Communicate with the shipping warehouses, transportation, and the end receiver on any issues updating the liquidation or donation orders on any changes to inventory or timing of deliveries. Following up with the shipping warehouses to make sure the orders are closed in a timely manner or help resolve any issues with closing out the orders once they have shipped. Offer support to supply planning on any discontinued items to offer out for liquidation or donation depending on the brand policy. Processing disaster relief orders requested from PAC or DAA. Forwarding requests from our National Donation Partners to PAC/DAA when disasters occur.

Skill Set
Knowledge and use of supply chain ERP systems (SAP) and processes
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams
Highly organized and able to communicate effectively with internal team members and external customers/partners.
Able to work independently, as part of a team, and cross functionally with various departments

Education
Bachelor?s degree.
