The On-Site Manager will oversee and manage all contract laborers sourced by our staffing company. This role is crucial to ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with our company's high standards. An ideal candidate will have experience as a machine operator or within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

??? Staffing & Onboarding: Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure all contract labor roles are filled promptly. Oversee the onboarding process, including training and safety orientations.

??? Workforce Management: Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure contract laborers are performing duties as expected.

??? Safety Compliance: Monitor the work environment to ensure all safety protocols are followed. Handle any safety-related incidents and conduct safety briefings.

??? Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate contract laborer performance, providing feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

??? Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and the client. Address any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction.

??? Operational Efficiency: Monitor operations for efficiency. Suggest and implement improvements where necessary.

??? Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on contract labor performance, safety incidents, and other relevant metrics.

??? Machine Operation Oversight: Oversee and occasionally operate machinery, ensuring all protocols are followed.

??? Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the staffing and manufacturing industry.

Requirements:

??? Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
??? Machine operator experience is a strong advantage.
??? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
??? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
??? Proficient in MS Office and related management software.
??? Knowledgeable in safety protocols and standards within a warehouse setting.
??? Must be proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
