The 3rd Press Operator is responsible for maintaining all cylinders cleaned and organized, mounting and unmounting them according to press production. Prepares the set up for reels on the machine, the candidate will fulfill working procedures and quality requirements to fit with customer requirements, will be actively involved in the TOP5 production meeting and can be asked to replace the production supervisor in case of absence. Take care of cylinders avoiding scratches or blows on them, store properly using accessories needed to do so, such as felts, pallets suitable for. Responsible for the proper control of assembly and un-assembly of the heated empack coils. Must take raw material previously released by Quality, bring to the machine and assembles coil set for the start of a new job, remove the waste generated during the printing process and places it in the container assigned for this purpose. Clean the cylinders used in recent production and moves them into cylinder warehouse. Resume and Interview 3rd Shift 10pm-6am, possible Over-Time Training for a few weeks in the morning, then placed on 3rd Shift. Will be on your feet, standing and bending Apply Today | |
