Remote position Pay Rate - $24.50/hr Job Description Understand departmental priorities to manage workflow optimally and proactively, and travel itineraries, often on short notice, which involves extensive coordination and collaboration with other administrative assistants, directors. Be responsible for a wide range of administrative and general support duties including composing, reviewing contracts, reports. Processing invoices, contributions and other approvals through electronic databases. Coordinating internal meetings Scheduling Appointments Handling sensitive and confidential materials and matters, while adhering to compliance procedures and processes. Electronically preparing and submitting expense statements and review expenses from staff to ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies. Handling non-routine, projects, and assignments with minimal guidance Reading and prioritizing mail, highlighting actions, and authoring responses Prioritizing, organizing and delegating workloads and assignments with minimal direction. Crafting and maintaining filing systems, while adhering to all records management requirements Interacting with third-party partners and internal clients. Establish and build collaborative, effective partnerships with colleagues, other directors at all levels, and others across various departments and levels. Partner with finance to process invoices and order supplies for the department. What You'll Have : An Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in a large corporate environment. Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and make decisions in management absence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced digital literacy, including a detailed understanding and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word). Ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the company. Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish strong trust-based relationships. Understanding, influencing and/or serving people are meaningful skills in completing responsibilities. | |
