CorTech is seeking to hire a Administrative Assistant III for our client in Mobile, AL!

$22.69/Hour
40 hours per week - Days (can be flexible with start/end time

Purpose:
To be the point person for communicating and coordinating major decisions based on logistics of received railcars, and trailers for the Fiber Department. Invoicing each load according to Client standards.

Job Duties
Check info on paperwork daily to verify there are no inconsistencies
Work in correlation with Quality Coordinator on weight discrepancies, and price changes due to poor quality
Work in correlation with the Fiber Logistics Coordinator to clear any issues that would keep a document from flowing through the system
Work in correlation with the Fiber Buyer to ensure PO Pricing is all up to date weekly
Log any problem loads into a spreadsheet that both Coordinators use to keep tracking documentation
Input all Railcar Bill Of Ladings that vendors send out
Communicating with all vendors daily to resolve any questions they might have related to their loads
Invoice weekly to keep payments on track, and prevent back logging invoices
Organization/Filing of all load receipts of current year + prior 2 years (per ISO Audits)
Create & submit invoices to AP for light load chargebacks, TONU?s, and additional freight costs as needed
Run monthly reports to check for any unpaid invoices, or unresolved invoices
Provide input to the Logistics resources as related to customers needs
Sustain effective customer-suppliers relationships to ensure standards are met
Coordinate day to day activities, monitoring and performance improvement, best practices, and cost control
Coach and facilitate problem solving, operating decisions and team interactions
Consistently follows and models the One Client Behaviors:

The ideal person will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Must be comfortable working in Excel.
SAP experience a plus, but not required.
