Job description Job Type: Full-time Languages Spanish and English (Fluency is required) Role Overview: As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our success by developing and executing strategies to generate valuable leads and revenue for the company. Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, you'll leverage your analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and enhance revenue generation. Leverage data and analytics to continuously measure and enhance demand generation performance. Manage the content calendar for various formats such as text, video, and graphics. Enhance existing and new pages using persuasive sales copy techniques. Craft compelling sales/marketing emails and video scripts. Create and maintain HubSpot email campaigns. Provide regular reports on email campaign performance to the executive team. Work cross-functionally with departments such as product and customer service to ensure cohesive demand generation efforts. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges. Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns using key metrics. Address challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process. Attend industry events to foster relationships and promote our brand. Qualifications: 2-3 years of marketing experience or related field. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software. Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Effective multitasking and project management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Adaptable and open to change. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Fluent in English and Spanish (Fluency Required).
