Job Description: Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Operator for Bactec products. Under the guidance of the Manufacturing Facilitator or designee, you'll operate filling and labeling machinery, ensuring high-quality output. Engage in setup, cleaning, and maintenance while adhering to QSR, ISO, safety, and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: Start up equipment per approved procedures, monitoring product quality. Execute machine operations following QSR, ISO, and safety regulations. Maintain records. Collaborate with Shift Leader for troubleshooting and corrective actions. Maintain a clean production area. Operate manufacturing equipment, including filling and labeling/packaging machines. Perform labeling/packaging tasks following safety protocols. Interpret written procedures, inspect work, and document meticulously. Participate in Lean Activities for continuous improvement. Undertake assigned duties as required. Qualifications: Education: High School Graduate with strong written English. Experience: Minimum one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Skills and Attributes: Action-oriented and hardworking. Customer-focused. Strong team player with effective listening skills. Quick learner with continuous learning mindset. Familiarity with formal and informal networks. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures. Working Conditions: Some disagreeable conditions involving noise, odors, and dust. Physical demands include constant movement, lifting, walking, and standing. Potential risks include cuts and burns.
