CorTech is seeking to hire a myCoketech Operations Parts Advisor for our client in Atlanta, GA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Shift: Shift 1 Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The myCoketech Operations Parts Advisor supports the equipment parts requests of our North America Operating Unit Food Service customers. This position is responsible for expediting parts order responses, parts order accuracy, appropriate parts delivery methods, and facilitating parts order inquiries and/or returns. This position processes order information using Client order management systems to deliver information to our customers and business partners. Training provided. Contact customers in order to confirm parts order requests. Research and resolve issues for customers, business partners and Company associates in order to expedite parts orders using information systems (e.g., KO systems, FedEx or UPS databases). Process parts order information using Client information systems to deliver data to customer, business partners and Company associates or to communicate demand for products or services. Source and facilitate delivery of parts for customers in order to complete projects or installations using Client information systems and supplier contacts. Knowledge of the Customer Communications software systems requiring ?basic? computer skills with capabilities to navigate multiple systems. High school diploma; GED equivalent TELEWORK: High-Speed Internet service is required, and an isolated environment within your home that removes all distractions and provides the professional experience for our customers is expected. Ability to work in a telecommuting environment being self-driven and self-motivated by retaining systems training, process training, and the ability to work virtually. | |
