Pleasant, PA Salary: $25.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients by performing maintenance and installation of Health Tech products and services. Maximize customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and delivering value-added services. Handle various technical tasks including product malfunctions, upgrades, proactive and predictive maintenance, bench repair, and installations. Offer services both on-site at customer locations or remotely through Client Remote Service channels. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure exceptional customer service. Make independent decisions on work methods and sequences, operating relatively autonomously within established procedures and techniques. Interpret incomplete assignment information and select appropriate approaches and solutions based on technical knowledge. Follow existing procedures, especially at critical points, while still having some scope for own interpretation. Complete assignments that vary in duration from a few days to a week, with some degree of supervision. Experience: Requires 3-5 years of professional experience. Education: Associates/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, unless otherwise specified. Skills and Qualifications: Design and document minor electronics and cable assemblies. Use electronic test equipment, such as meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies. Perform minor soldering and electronic repairs. Troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies down to the component level. Develop and document test processes for electronic equipment. | |
