Shift Information
Shift 5:00:00 PM - 3:30:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, & Every Other Friday

As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient working environment while actively contributing to the production process. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from maintaining cleanliness to supporting the Machine Operators, and gradually familiarizing yourself with the Machine Operator role. By taking pride in your work, you will help ensure the fulfillment of customer orders with the utmost care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute various duties, including but not limited to sweeping, cleaning, sorting, stacking, and gaining familiarity with Machine Operator responsibilities.
Approach each order with dedication and meticulousness, striving to enhance customer satisfaction through your contributions.
Collaborate with Machine Operators to provide assistance and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.
Assume full ownership of your designated work area, consistently working towards the principles of Total Quality Management.
Qualifications:

No prior experience is required; we welcome individuals at all experience levels to apply.
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without accommodation.
Comfortable working in a standing position during 10-hour shifts.
Possess abundant physical energy to sustain activities like walking, squatting, crouching, turning, twisting, stretching, grabbing, pulling, pushing, and bending in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols, particularly when operating machinery.
Exhibit a keen willingness to learn and undergo training to expand your skill set.
Maintain a record of exceptional attendance, highlighting reliability and punctuality.
Able to pass both a drug screening and background check, while also providing valid authorization to work in the United States.
Equipped with safety toe shoes to ensure a secure work environment.
